■ 演出簡介

2016臺南藝術節即將登場，今年開幕活動有別以往，希望大家可以一起站出來，參與藝術節的開幕呈現，雖然今年春節臺南遭逢巨變，但大家都很堅強的接受並同心齊力一起面對，希望藉由藝術的陪伴，引領大家一同大步向前。另新營文化中心演藝廳歷經一年整修、試營運，即將以全新面貌及高品質展演空間為大眾服務。

It is going to be different and a better year! A fatal earthquake which occurred in Chinese New Year this year struck Southern Taiwan and caused many buildings in Tainan collapsed and citizens wounded or dead. The opening ceremony of 2016 Tainan Arts festival invites the public to join the art therapy made by Paper Windmill Theatre; therefore, help all the participants unite together to fight for a better future. In addition, after one year renovation,Xinying Cultural Centre is going to present itself with a brand new look and serves all the audiences with high quality exhibition spaces. 

■ 團隊簡介

紙風車劇團成立於1992年11月，長期致力於兒童戲劇與藝術的推廣，近23年來，已在臺灣、紐約、巴黎、香港、澳門、北京、上海演出達3600場， 累積超過500萬以上的觀眾。

2006-2011年為拉近城鄉差距,紙風車花了5年時間，走遍全臺灣319鄉鎮，「紙風車319鄉村兒童藝術工程」帶給孩子最優質的兒童戲劇。演出381 場次，觀眾人數80萬人，平均每4個孩子，就有一人欣賞過。希望讓偏鄉的孩子們因為欣賞藝術表演，開啟「創意」、「美學」、「愛與關懷」的能力。

 Paper Windmill Theatre has devoted to create dramas for children since November 1992. It has given more than 3,600 performances in Taiwan, New York, Paris, Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing and Shanghai which have moved more than 5 million people . Paper Windmill Theatre brought first-rate performances to 319 township across Taiwan between 2006 and 2011. It had given more than 381 performances which attract 0.8 million audiences of all ages. It aims to give children who live far from cities a chance to appreciate artistic performances; therefore, open-up a window of creativity, aesthetic appreciation, love and

care for them.

1. 揭牌與開幕活動：塗鴉2016臺南藝術節(10:30-11:30)、新營文化中心演藝廳揭牌(15:00-15:20)、2016臺南藝術節開幕活動(15:20-15:40) 
2. 表演舞台區：十鼓擊樂團(10:00-11:00)、雞屎藤新民族舞團(11:00-12:00)、身聲劇場(13:00-14:00)、阮劇團(14:00-15:00)、紙風車劇團(15:40-16:30)
3. 藝術瘋街園遊會：藝術遊戲關卡、名畫拍照板、團隊遊戲攤位(10:00-17:00)
