■ 演出簡介
林千鶴為日本NHK電視臺《今日の料理》電視節目主持人,也是著名臺灣菜料理專家,小時候的千鶴,隨林家大家族居住府城,生活重心圍繞父親與母親及幾個孩子們,從千鶴有記憶開始,便是隨時節品嘗一道道不同口味的料理,例如讓青少女獨享的「薑味烤雞」、父親壽誕所吃的「大滷麵」及能凝聚家人情感的「春餅」等。兒時的記憶,隨著自己長大居住日本且有段不愉快的婚姻後,顯得更珍貴深刻,千鶴於是決定藉烹飪教學,把充滿回憶的府城臺灣菜色,透過電視節目傳達給觀眾,希望觀眾也能在製作這些菜餚的過程中,得到一些對故鄉的眷戀,多少填補思鄉之情。全劇以現代戲劇融合傳統歌仔戲的方式演出,透過唱唸與身段,深刻呈現府城飯桌的回憶與濃厚的人情味。
Lin Qian-He is the presenter of a TV program on NHK and an expert on Taiwanese cuisine. Lin spent her childhood in Tainan with her family. Life there revolved around her parents and children. For as long as she could remember, she could always taste different food in each season, ‘ginger roasted chicken’ made only for her, ‘braised soup noodle’ made for her father’s birthday, and ‘spring cake’ which tied all her family members together. After residing in Japan and enduring an unhappy marriage, the memories of her childhood appeared to be more precious. Lin decided to teach local Tainan cookery on TV as a reminiscence of her childhood. This play fuses modern theater with traditional Taiwanese opera. The memories of the table in Tainan and the hospitality of the locals will be presented by singing, reciting and the actor’s gestures.
■ 演出團隊簡介
秀琴歌劇團1986年由張秀琴團長組團於臺中,成團之初,演出地點多在中部一帶,1990年開始朝府城發展,迅速成為南部知名劇團,秀琴更獲「南部三大小生」稱號,苦旦莊金梅則有金嗓小旦的雅稱。
秀琴歌劇團於2001年躍上公演舞臺,觀眾佳評如潮,且自該年始,連續入選為文化部國家扶植團隊至今,不但廣受觀眾喜愛,也受到政府單位與專家學者多方肯定。整齊的素質、動人的唱腔、認真的態度是劇團的特色。秀琴歌劇團近年演出朝向精緻化發展,更堅持每年至少製作一齣公演新戲,力求彰顯劇團的特色,2012年更以獲選「國藝會第三屆表演藝術追求卓越專案」之作品《歌仔新調──安平追想曲》登上國家戲劇院演出,待有朝一日走向國際舞臺。
Shiu Kim Taiwanese Opera Troupe was founded in Taichung in 1986 by chief Chang Shiu-kim. It became famous in southern part of Taiwan in 1990, and Shiu-kim was honored top three artist for playing young man character in Taiwanese opera. In addition, Zhuang Jin-mei who played the role of sad young lady (kudan) and sang beautifully was recognized as having a golden voice.
